"Amazing stay in the heart of Varanasi! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the ghats, the rooms were, specious, and beautifully decorated with a traditional touch. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, the food in the restaurant was homely and hygienic. I would love to stay here again on next visit."
"First of all, the staff at rahul guesthouse was very Friendly and helpfull. We had the Big room on the top with a Big view over the river Ganes. That was just amazing, wanking up and enjoying ganges! I Think we were the only ones staying st the guesthouse at this time. Their was bor hot water in the morning unless the staff turned it on. The restaurent served breakfast and we had porridge and milk coffe which has fine. The hotel is a away from the ghats but it’s okay. All in all the guest house...

Floors throughout the hotel are made of some sort of smooth rocks like marble or granite. When it is covered with dust, it becomes quite slippery."
"Arranging the pickup from airport good. But the behaviour of executive at breakfast table is worst. Without verifying the details the executive at breakfast has stated I am not entitled to free breakfast and asked to pay the amount. Leaving breakfast I was forced to rush to the room and show the receipt I was entitled to free breakfast."
"Nice small familly hotel, close to Assi Ghat. There are a lot of things to see in beautifull Varanasi. We stayed at the hotel during the celebration of Holi, and the staff took good care of use at the hotel roof terrace. Some of use joined in with the familly celebration in front of the hotel. Breakfast is simple, the cooks chai fantastic. Service is great, hospitality of the staff is top. If you want you room to be cleaned, just leave the key at the reception.

"No Room Service. A/C maintained from the reception. They don't give you the remote for A/C. Though booked for 3 adults deluxe room provided only 2 bedded room. "On day 1, I could I have given this property 5 stars for the service they provided. They waiting for us late and provided us with hot dinner even after the dinner service was closed. The staff was courteous and very helpful. But on Day 2 we could see some problems and it could be since it’s a newer property but with the amount they charge we definitely think few areas could be improved.
1. Each bottle of water is charged at 80inr.
2. We ordered tea in the room and on day 2 it was super bad....
