"We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. Also free boat ride from the hotel property allowed us to see the entire views of all famous ghats. The restaurant staff Sandeep and Brijesh provided over and above best services. "Nice small familly hotel, close to Assi Ghat. There are a lot of things to see in beautifull Varanasi. We stayed at the hotel during the celebration of Holi, and the staff took good care of use at the hotel roof terrace. Some of use joined in with the familly celebration in front of the hotel. Breakfast is simple, the cooks chai fantastic. Service is great, hospitality of the staff is top. If you want you room to be cleaned, just leave the key at the reception. "Arranging the pickup from airport good. But the behaviour of executive at breakfast table is worst. Without verifying the details the executive at breakfast has stated I am not entitled to free breakfast and asked to pay the amount. Leaving breakfast I was forced to rush to the room and show the receipt I was entitled to free breakfast."

"Its so nice and safe place to stay. Restaurant food is amazing except the breakfast free buffet..cazz always find cold and expired food. Receptionist are soooo kind and helpful . House keeping is great and fast..overall its one of the best hotel in varanasi."
