"Excellent host! Let them know we would be arriving late-had a small issue with the pin entry(user error!) and they were immediately able to assist! Apartment was extremely clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable and place was set up with everything we needed for our quick stay. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only area that was perfect was the outside stairs to the front door— uneven, steep, etc. We had older guest with us and this was concerning. But we managed. "Stayed at the Gray Horse for four nights Jan-Feb 2026. Even though the temps were COLD outside, the location is great and the walk to town was fine. The house is clean, and welcoming. Loved the gas fireplace. All rooms were nicely furnished. The few times I needed to reach out to the host, he responded quickly. Would recommend this property and would stay here again. "This was a very nice new construction home for my wife and I. The home was very neat, clean and well stocked for a rental with all the basics. The one thing that we suspected from the pictures was confirmed when we arrive; this is a studio layout. By that I mean the one bed is located in the living room and open to kitchen and front foyer. For a couple, this should be good. For a family of 4 or more looking for a little more defined sleeping areas, this might not work. Only other thing I will...
