Uvita-family friendly villas

This unit is a combination of 2 studio apartments located right outside the city of Uvita ( 1.8 miles away), and and 2 kms away from Playa Hermosa, our location is close to everything from restaurants, banking, coffee shops, pizza places etc. and the best part is that you don't need a 4x4 to get here. We have 2 casitas( studio apts.) that can sleep 6 people and are right next to each for those friends or family members that want to get away but still want to have some privacy. Each unit has a full modern kitchen with all modern conveniences one would want, living room with a TV, a full bathroom with hot water on demand, free soap and shampoo, a lit mirror and 2 towel sets for your convenience.
Each unit faces the large communal pool and its outdoor kitchen area where a delicious breakfast will be served for the short term rental guests.
We also have a large grassy area in the front and back of the property should you want to just relax and enjoy nature at its finest. The owners live on the property and thus are almost always available should you have any questions or requests that could be answered fairly quickly. We hope you enjoy your stay!
