"The service was amazing, Special mention to Chris and Alex who knew us by name, and were very welcoming every time we met. The Vietnamese tea service hosted by Alex was a great experience and very insightful. Also Mr Bing playing modern songs on traditional Vietnamese instruments whilst having dinner, was great to hear and really made the experience all the better.

Skybar not accessible due to typhoon damage 6 months ago. Most lamps in our room were not working. Room was spacious and bed + bedding super comfortable. Cleaning could have been better. "Vi tænkte vi fortjente et lækkert hotel så bookede City Bay palace. Værelset var okay, med rigtig fin udsigt over halong Bay. Morgenmads buffeten er ikke noget at skriv hjem om, det som om de prøver for meget og når ikke i mål med noget af det. Alt restaurent liv ligger på den anden side af broen(7km ~100vnd i taxa). Samt Alle bådture har samle op på den anden side af broen. Alt i alt skal man transportere sig rigtig meget over på den anden side.

"Lovely boutique hotel. One of our favorite so far. Good noodle soup—saw some locals eat there as well. Lovely surrounding area— walk along the ocean. You need to drive or take a taxi to the port. "

"What a lovely space! Our little apartment was great, spacious and clean. The garden area was also lovely and it was in a quiet location but still close to everything we needed. All the ladies there were so friendly and helpful. They booked our boat tour and transport for us. I also really enjoyed doing the pottery class- it was one of the highlights of my trip so far! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Ha Long Bay!"

I’m just wondering why the BBQ Hostel got only 2* in Hotels.com? The interior is new and modern and I had my own bathroom for an affordable price.
There are still some construction ongoing in the area but it didn’t bother me at all.
I will definitely come back if near by."

"This stay was great! We got upgraded which is a great start. Although we were not informed. Some point lost for the staff there. However, we had a good stay. Pool area is okay not at lot of sun, and pool could be more clean. Everything else was perfect.
