"Beautiful place and well kept."

"Huge hotel with truly great potential, however it’s lacking guests and seriously needs funds and refurbishment. Seemed a large part of the hotel was closed off. Skybar not accessible due to typhoon damage 6 months ago. Most lamps in our room were not working. Room was spacious and bed + bedding super comfortable. Cleaning could have been better. "Very nice "

"Staff were great we had a great time Activities are fun"

"Lovely staff and great breakfast options that are included in the stay. Would highly recommend!!"

"Nice place with really helpful staff. The food there is also very good! Best pizzas we have had in Vietnam, and really good breakfast too. "

"Good"

"We were very welcome into Ha Long. The staff helped us to find a boat, where to eat and what to do to be efficient and benefit a maximum from our trip. They Even provided a discount for an extra Night because the prívate car did not show up to pick us Up to go back to Ha Noi. Perfect and I recommend very strongly."
