"The service was amazing, Special mention to Chris and Alex who knew us by name, and were very welcoming every time we met. The Vietnamese tea service hosted by Alex was a great experience and very insightful. Also Mr Bing playing modern songs on traditional Vietnamese instruments whilst having dinner, was great to hear and really made the experience all the better.

"What a lovely space! Our little apartment was great, spacious and clean. The garden area was also lovely and it was in a quiet location but still close to everything we needed. All the ladies there were so friendly and helpful. They booked our boat tour and transport for us. I also really enjoyed doing the pottery class- it was one of the highlights of my trip so far! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Ha Long Bay!"

"Vi havde et fantastisk mini cruise ombord på Mon Chéri - eneste ulempe var, at vi kun havde valgt et enkelt overnatning i stedet for to. Kahytten var så skøn med store vinduer og altandør direkte ud til vandet, og badeværelset var lækkert med en kæmpe brusekabine.
Personalet ombord var ekstremt venlige.
Både kajakturen og grotteturen var rigtig gode.
Derudover så vi både den smukkeste solnedgang og solopgang, mens vi sejlede igennem det flotte Halong Bay."

Skybar not accessible due to typhoon damage 6 months ago. Most lamps in our room were not working. Room was spacious and bed + bedding super comfortable. Cleaning could have been better. "Everything was excellent- my only criticism would be that there were screaming kids everywhere.. free to run around and scream and treat the lobby or bar area like a playground and no one does anything to stop it.. definitely not the vibe when you’re trying to relax at a nice hotel

This was definitely a very rememberable experience with a six course meal. The food for the whole trip was some of the nicest I had. The view from our room was breathtaking. I hightly recommended Ambassador Cruises in Ha Long Bay."

Programmer is kind of busy with not much free time except after dinner. That is okay though, and I guess you can just decide not to participate in some activities.
