"We booked 2 nights in a room with shared bathroom and shower. Both the rooms, toilets and showers are clean and with hot water.
The hotel is placed close to the city of Apia and it is very easy to grab a taxi from the hotel.
The pool is nice and the breakfast is good and varies each day.
There is a common room at the reception with a pool table, board games etc.
The owner helped us plan our stay here in Samoa, recommending things to see and hotels to book which was very helpful to us!

Carparking was small and hard to get out
of due to having to reverse.
Upon check in, I was asked for payment when I had already paid online via Expedia, staff member asked for a receipt as proof of this, would have thought this should had been updated on their system already. "

"The buffet breakfast was outstanding at Sheraton Mulifanua, the bed was very comfortable, internet was good, it was unfortunate that i was u able to chromecast from my phone, transport was good I caught a taxi to the airport.

They were loving, caring and professional always greeting you with a smile. Front house staff right through to the back house, kitchen, cleaners were a joy to deal with.
