"we arrived as planned late at night and were shown to our room by the driver. There were pools of rainwater on the floor. The AC outside the window was making a humming noise which made it impossible to sleep. We were given a ground-floor room although we had been promised a 1st-floor room. Although we were moved upstairs the next day, this was just the beginning of a not-very-successful stay. The grounds and the rooms are ok (apart from the noisy AC), but the staff appears tired and...

"The pool and the food were good"

"It was ok the restaurant's food was not good. We ate there once and never again. Were told they would include breakfast and then told we had to pay. The rooms were not serviced well and some days not done at all. The pool was also very dirty."

"We booked 2 nights in a room with shared bathroom and shower. Both the rooms, toilets and showers are clean and with hot water. The hotel is placed close to the city of Apia and it is very easy to grab a taxi from the hotel. The pool is nice and the breakfast is good and varies each day. There is a common room at the reception with a pool table, board games etc. The owner helped us plan our stay here in Samoa, recommending things to see and hotels to book which was very helpful to us! "The bed was good, the breakfast was ok. The restaurant was closed, when the Other restaurants where closed, so i want to bed hungre One Day, but the next Day the buffet was better They holiday, when Others do. I only had twi spyr towls for 5 data. It would be but there, when they were cleaning. age just did not clean Then. Only 1,5 kilometers to the city center."

"I had a great stay at the Orator Hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The buffet was awesome with plenty of tasty options to enjoy. The swimming pool was fantastic and perfect for relaxing. I would definitely stay there again."

"Stayed a few months ago and enjoyed it, so I stayed again and the staff remembered me and were lovely. Room was clean. They have laundry which is handy. No gym or pool. But JP’s Fitness gym is behind the hotel with a small supermarket, and Pinati’s is a short walk behind the hotel, with McDonald’s not too far. There’s a taxi stand a short walk behind the hotel as well which is handy."
