"We booked 2 nights in a room with shared bathroom and shower. Both the rooms, toilets and showers are clean and with hot water. The hotel is placed close to the city of Apia and it is very easy to grab a taxi from the hotel. The pool is nice and the breakfast is good and varies each day. "Nice facilities. Friendly staff and beautifully maintained grounds. Safe parking. No food inclusions but a good cafe across the road and also a lovely Indian restaurant. Minor issue was the storage room for the cleaning items was right next to the room which impacted on privacy."

"The lobby staff not very helpful , the house keeping was pretty poor...taking the dirty towels but not leaving fresh ones and had to repeatedly ask for some finally getting them at 11pm , had to ask for more toilet paper as well as there was none left when room was serviced. "Stayed a few months ago and enjoyed it, so I stayed again and the staff remembered me and were lovely. Room was clean. They have laundry which is handy. No gym or pool. But JP’s Fitness gym is behind the hotel with a small supermarket, and Pinati’s is a short walk behind the hotel, with McDonald’s not too far. There’s a taxi stand a short walk behind the hotel as well which is handy."

"Staff: were helpful during my stay. Clean room: little things they need to remember to have in the room everyday e.g - t/towels, shower curtain, bath mat, change coffee sachet packets to bushells, n other brands not the ones they have. Breakfast: almost same food everyday, needed to have a variety of local vegetables especially avocado, pineapples, etc..needed to have a TV in the breakfast area to catch up with what's happening like the Independence program and other important news.
