"We took a cab to the hotel after waiting more than an hour for the shuttle. The room was in the poorest condition of any Marriott I have ever stayed. There was no streaming service for tv; maintenance confirmed. On a planned 8 day visit, this was unacceptable. (I left 2 days early because of this- yet, requested a refund but because it was a package deal through Expedia, they said YOU refused). The toilet was extremely low and the water level was high - get it ? No nightlight, shower and floor...
