"Elevator 1 was not working during check-in time. Then elevator 2 was also not working. Both elevators were not working for several hours and this was not acceptable when my wife with a medical condition had to walk up 5 floors to reach our room.
On the second day of our stay, both employees who prepared the continental breakfast were sick, so there was no continental breakfast and we had to go out for breakfast. However, due to this inconvenience, we our parking fee was waived."

"They charge you for everything INCLUDING THE BREAKFAST!! It is like $12 or $24 per person for breakfast buffet style we just left and got breakfast somewhere else. The “Starbucks” is not a Starbucks they just have the sign and cups but nothing Starbucks related. One of the workers was extremely rude to me when i asked if they had any silverware. Overall only good for the room which is extremely disappointing for a hotel that up charges for everything."

"Usually before I dont need to bring anything when I check in on a hotel specially for a level such as Hilton , I experienced other Hilton accomodation on ither countries too they have way more classy feel, my room doesnt even have disposable toothbrush, or cotton pads and cotton buds , nor are sleepers included, and there wasnt even a kettle to boil tea or water , they was a coffee maker something in the room (kusinart) something which I search the instruction online clearly said utilizes pods,...
