"A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). "One of my favorite home rentals! What a cute little cottage, so cozy and comfortable. Totally private entrance and little patio outside. The house was super clean, comfortable bed, and stocked with everything we could possibly need and more, they thought of everything! Even water bottles in the fridge and a handheld mirror, which were such nice touches that really came in handy. Also in a perfect area - great neighborhood for a walk and walking distance to downtown. Will 100% rent again if back...

"What a great place! Clean, convenient, and an easy walk to the Embarcadero which has plenty of restaurants, shopping and harbor views. The living/dining/kitchen area is spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. Tony (and Matt) are friendly hosts who provided timely communication and an easy check-in process. "I love the location. Next to restaurants and a bar right next door. View of the little river from the back deck. You could even go right out the back way and down the stairs.Beautifully decorated and very clean. They even had some beer in the fridge for us! We stayed two week nights and the noise from the outdoor bar directly next did pick up around 9 PM but since all the bedrooms are facing away from that area it wasn't an issue. My son slept in the family room so he reported the noise to me....

"This place is an oasis, peaceful and quiet. This just enough renewing vibes. The apartment was clean and cozy, the bedroom was so comfy and cozy with a wonderful book shelf. The bed was so comfortable, We will definitely be back. The cat was there to check on us as we napped outside. Wonderful!"
