    2 story condo, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with gorgeous views of Avalon Harbor the town and the hillside. Located on the top level of building C, with decks for entertaining or relaxing. Living space has open floorplan with fireplace and the extras to make your stay comfortable. The second level holds the bedrooms. All mattresses were updated in January 2017. Large master bedroom and master bath with hillside view. The second and third bedrooms have access to the deck with ocean, hillside and town views. Please, no pets and no smoking. A total of 1469 sq. feet. C63

    This property rents on a 3 night basis year round.

    ***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.**
    This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups.
    NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules.
    You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed.

This place is simply amazing! The apartment was really big and close to all fun activities in Avalon! We enjoyed our daily emeralds with amazing views and an evening sip while watching the sunset. All the essentials were provided by the host so we enjoyed our stay from the day one! The pool and the hot tub were nicely heated- my kids loved it! Thank you for letting us stay!

Got this place for my employees doing work on the island have used this place before… beautiful views…it’s really nice and comfortable great location and the property management is fantastic. Really great communication always happy with our stays here. Thank you so much.

Thus property had amazing views and was super spacious. Proximity to the downtown and beach made it easy to get around even without a golf cart rental.

Summer fun

We we love the location and view from this property. We stay on our boat during the day and we come up for cocktails and dinner on the balcony with the sunset.

Overall the condo was fine and met our groups needs. However, there were some issues. Including a glass shower door that didn’t slide and another one that was replaced with a cheap shower curtain. There is an elevator but otherwise it is a lot of stairs to get up to the condo. The sliding glass doors were difficult to open to the patio. The kitchen was properly stocked and condo is walking distance to everything.

Wonderful stay!

This condo worked perfectly for our group of 6 adult family members. Good space for hanging out in the living room, space for all in the dining room, and killer views from the main floor and bedroom level decks! Close to town and between hills so an easy walk.

The whole bad experience started with getting the room key. They use one of those key lock boxes. To get into the room, I needed to enter the code. The island doesn't have a good cellular signal. I couldn't get help from them. Ironically, the box popped open after we messed with the keypad a few times. We got the key, but the lock stuck. We spent another 5-10 minutes unlocking the door. This happens every time we try to open or lock the door. The apt is very hot. They provided fans, but those fans are covered with dust. All the dust got blown all over the room the moment we turned it on. Also, there is a layer of sand on the couches, the table, and on the bed...pretty much everywhere. One of the outlets is missing a cover. One of the outlets is sticking out of the wall. The hooks on the bathroom door are loose and are about to fall off. The master bathroom door cannot be closed. One of the bedroom sheets has a stain. As I mentioned earlier, all the bed sheets have sand on them. There is a stain on the chair too. They have low water pressure. Taking a shower is not enjoyable. The bathtub is old and rusted. They have wired internet for the TV, and guests use WiFi, but it is unstable. It will disconnect and reconnect every few minutes. I called the front desk, and they sent someone over right away. He couldn't fix it, and he left. This is the most disappointing place I have ever booked.
