"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the ByGone. I took my two kids for a little getaway and we really enjoyed this place for the views and serenity. We roasted marshmallows on the fire pit, really enjoyed the clean pool and the covered lounge area and mornings on the balcony were a nice touch. We bought some groceries for the fridge that had enough space for a few days, because there is no food at the hotel, but the town is only a short drive. "Yes hot tub was nice and pool was clean just too cold to swim in this month . Enjoyed the hiking trails on the property and a short drive into Wimberly for some shopping . There’s a HEB in Wimberly too fro your groceries. Eric is the property manager and he is a very nice person! Will definitely stay here again given the opportunity. "

"Everything was fantastic except for the trash that was left on the front porch by the previous occupant. This was in the instructions for checkout, but the staff never picked it up. I messaged them about it, it was still there two days later when we checked out, but now ours is sitting next to it. I’m not sure if there is anyone on-site over night, we never saw anyone."
