Guests staying in this privately owned apartment have full access to the entire unit in The Vibe Apartments. The building is well-managed, and secure, but please note that check-in services and luggage storage are not available through the building management or reception.

Getting Around:
To / from the airport: Uber ride, SuperShuttle, SkyDrive. Best option is to book SuperShuttle as it will drop you off right at the spot and will be cheaper than Uber.
• Uber is usually cost around $70-90 depending on traffics.
• Book a SuperShuttle ride via their website, cost around $20-$30 per person plus 1 luggage.
• Book a SkyDrive ride through their website. Their Airport Express service runs daily with frequent departures, directly connecting Auckland Airport to the CBD. The stop is at SkyCity, just a short 10-minute walk to the apartment. The cost is about $18 per person.
• Nearest bus & Train station to explore Auckland: Britomart Station.
• Car rental services: City Hop.

Pre-Check-In Requirements:
*We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date.
*As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. We’ll send the payment link closer to your check-in date. * Key pick-up is from a secure 24/7 lockbox, located just around the corner from the apartment entrance. When you arrive at the apartment entrance, turn right and you’ll find the lockbox room nearby. Full check-in instructions will be sent before your arrival.
*There is NO carpark and luggage storage available for this apartment, but we can suggest paid options nearby.
*Our check-in time is 3pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability.
During stay & Departure:
* We offer a full set of beddings, linens, and towels for each guest. Additional linens are available for a fee upon request.
* Extra cleaning and linens changing services can be arranged during your stay for an extra cost, the same as the cleaning fee per clean. For bookings over 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning is mandatory at the guest's expense. Kindly contact us in advance for any cleaning services.
* A starter pack of refreshments and essentials is provided for your initial days; please restock on your own once it runs out.
* Our latest check-out time is 10am.
There may be noise from the streets and nearby restaurants & bars due to its central location. Esp on the weekend
