Thanks for the review - shower all fixed - they are easy to fix and all you need to do is let us know. We have special chemicals to clear and sterilise the drains. The outlet has a water trip switch so all you need to do is press the button and it will reset itself - keeps everyone safe.

Thanks for staying with us. We do not have baths in any of our ensuite rooms. They are all showers. I am not sure which of our properties you stayed in but I assure you the pictures online are true to what they exactly are. We do not have balcony's either and this is not advertised that we do. Thanks for the review. Yes it mentions that the facilities are available at the property but not in the room. You still had an amazing stay with a full kitted out kitchen and and amazing property. We do have full self contained properties however they are more expensive and fully kitted out for guests with kitchen lounge and a minimum of 2 bedrooms. But you had the best of both worlds - deluxe room and loads of area to cook and dine which is not used much! - all at a great price. Safe travels

Thanks for the feedback and sorry this does not meet you expectations however I need to clarify a couple of your comments. Our check in is from 3:00pm to 8:00pm and after that a self check in system operates. This is well communicated prior to your arrival on several messages and your check in message both here on the app on to your mobile. It is easy as. Fill in the check in from - just like an airline - then arrive at the property and stand in front of the key box and key the code in and hey presto your room locker opens - easy as. I am not sure why this was an issue. There is over 40 food places and restaurants within a 7-15 minute drive - literally piles and choose your cuisine. You can walk along the walkway to the community shopping centre which is a 20 min walk where there are two supermakets and 5-10 restaurants. I am sorry the person was not communicating to you however you spoke to the security on the intercom - not the business. I think you have had some bad assumptions or advice. Thanks for the stay and nice feedback. There are hairdryers in all our rooms and properties (unless a guest has take it with them). If missing we always have a spare one

Thanks for the nice feedback. In the property you stayed there is air con in every room and it is a centralised system. It was summer time when you stayed and the house is very warm during the day so cools down at night with the air con. The only issue would be if some other guest as fiddled with the control which would take it off auto.

Thanks for the stay with us. The situation with your hire car was very odd and does not make sense. The guy specifically targeted your car for no apparent reason and the cameras show this. Odd. We have never had that happen before. We don't do breakfast and have not done so for some months but yours was pre booked so we honoured the booking - It was as stated - Continental breakfast. - Juice, Cereal, Yoghurt, Fresh Fruit, Breakfast health bar, Hot cakes with condiments, milk tea or coffee and a huge range of herbal teas.
