Endless views await along the beach and out into the Waitemata harbour. Watch a parade of walkers, joggers and cyclists passing by. Newly renovated and furnished.

Clive was so accommodating and the check in was a breeze. Everything about the place was top notch. We are planning to stay again next year.

Beautiful property in a stunning location directly opposite Kohimarama Beach. Clive was an excellent host, helped with our luggage and showed us through the place. Very clean and well equipped and great off street parking. Kohi Cafe very close by with excellent food. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

We had an excellent extended stay at the Kohi Del Mar villa, enjoying the alternating sun, fresh winds, and rain passing over the lovely Kohimarama beach. Clive, our host, was very attentive to our questions and concerns during our stay and it was with true regret that we departed after our 19 days.
