Located in Atlanta's Hotel District, this property is ideal for business travelers, convention attendees, and vacationers alike. Step outside and you’ll find yourself surrounded by world-class attractions including the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, CNN Center, Georgia State University, Centennial Park, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Getting around is simple, with both Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations just a 5-minute walk away.
You’ll have full access to the entire condo, making the space completely your own during your stay. Check-in is simple and stress-free: a 24-hour concierge will welcome you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please remember to bring a valid photo ID. If someone other than the booking guest will be checking in, let us know ahead of time so we can update the reservation. The concierge will verify the name on the booking before directing you to your condo. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a digital door code to enter the unit, and inside you’ll find a key fob that allows you to move freely in and out of the building throughout your stay.
Morning light spills across the windows as the skyline sharpens into view below, and the quiet of the upper floors lets you ease into the day at your own pace. From this 19th-floor perch in Downtown Atlanta, the city feels close enough to explore on foot, yet far enough away to return to calm each evening. In January, the air outside often feels crisp and energizing - ideal for museum days, arena events, and long walks through the heart of the city before settling in for a cozy night indoors.
Sleeping arrangements
This condo is set up to comfortably host up to four guests. The bedroom features a king bed with blackout curtains and noise-reducing wall panels to support deep, uninterrupted rest. In the main living area, a twin daybed with a trundle provides sleeping space for two additional guests, making it easy for families or friends to share the space.
Living space and work setup
After a day in the city, unwind on the leather sofa with the TV with standard cable, or keep things low-key with board games. Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected, whether you’re here for a conference, remote work, or a longer stay.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen gives you a comfortable rhythm for mornings and evenings in - cook, reheat, or prep meals whenever it suits you. A dining table nearby works well for shared meals or a focused work session, adding flexibility on cooler nights when you’d rather stay in.
Outdoor space
Step out to the patio or balcony for a breath of fresh air and a moment above the streets. With the balcony screened-in, it’s a pleasant spot to take in the view while the city hums below, even during winter.
Building access, safety, and parking
You’ll have self check-in with a keypad and a private entrance for easy arrivals. The building has an elevator, and the unit has a private entrance. For peace of mind, the property includes a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Exterior security cameras are located in the common areas, elevators, and entry doors - there are no cameras inside the condo. Paid parking on premises and paid parking off premises are available.
Neighborhood and getting around
Set in the historic Peachtree Towers within Atlanta’s Hotel District, you’re walkable to Centennial Park, the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, CNN Center, Georgia State University, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations are both about a five-minute walk away, keeping the city within easy reach without needing a car.
Perfect for
Business travelers, convention attendees, and city explorers looking for a calm, comfortable base in Downtown Atlanta with walkable access to major attractions and MARTA.
Getting around couldn’t be easier. Peachtree Center MARTA Station is just one block away, providing a quick 15-minute train ride directly to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are always close by and convenient. Plus, nearly all major downtown attractions are within easy walking distance from the property.
The heating and air system is centrally managed by the building and operates in one mode at a time (either heating or air conditioning), which is switched seasonally.
Laundry is available in the basement with coin/card-operated machines ($1.75 per load).
Animals are not permitted per HOA rules.
Parking is not included; paid garages are nearby. We recommend 31 Baker St for secure parking and do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St.
