Once we booked the apartment they ask you for a $ deposit the same day you are supposed to check in and they make you send it through zelle/cashapp which is very unsafe and unprofessional and no way of us knowing our money will be refunded. They also make you pay for 20$ parking for each day you stay if not your car will be towed. The apartment itself was broken down and dirty the tv of one of the rooms was falling off the wall and the kitchen had a hanging cabinet door that was going to fall off any second. The building itself had a government warning saying it was a "unsafe and dangerous building". We tried to call the booking site ,where we tried to book a different property since we felt unsafe and they hanged up on us knowing. We had to leave and pay money to stay somewhere else. The owner also doesn't have his real phone number contact he uses a google app phone number.
