Check-in was pleasant and the staff were friendly, and the location and pool were nice. However, our room had a toilet that continuously ran and appeared to have been turned off at the knob. We reported it and were told maintenance would come the next day, but no one ever came. We also left the Do Not Disturb sign off so the room could be serviced, yet when we returned after 6 PM, the room had not been cleaned.
We were then moved to another room, which was inconvenient after a long day. That night I noticed small bugs in the room, including on the bed and in the bathroom, which was very concerning and made it hard to relax. The next day the room was still not serviced and we only received fresh towels.
Overall, friendly staff and decent amenities, but the maintenance issue, lack of housekeeping, and bugs made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. This wasn’t the comfort we paid for.
