Our kitchen is thoughtfully designed with long-term guests in mind, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay. You’ll find everything you need for daily cooking, including:

• Seasonings
• Measuring cups

Whether you’re meal prepping or just whipping up a quick snack, this fully stocked kitchen has you covered. You’ll have clearly labeled drawers in both the fridge and pantry—each numbered to match your room for easy identification. We ask that you enjoy only your designated food items, in the spirit of mutual respect.

Please help keep the kitchen tidy by washing any dishes you use and wiping down the counters. If the trash is full, we appreciate your help taking it out to the curb. Extra trash bags are available in labeled kitchen drawers.

All pots, pans, cups, bowls, plates, and cutting boards are stored in the cabinets marked “Cups/Bowls/Plates/Pots/Pans.”

The Bathroom

You have 4 private bathrooms inside for your use. To ensure a clean and welcoming space for all, we kindly ask you to:
• Remove hair from the drain after showering
• Keep towels off the floor
• Wipe down the sink after use

Cleaning supplies and gloves are located under the sink for your convenience. Let’s work together to keep your private bathroom neat and toiletry-free.

Neighborhood

This home is nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just off the highway.
At the corner of the neighborhood entrance, you’ll find a MARTA bus stop for easy public transit access. The property is also situated less than one mile from the highway, making commuting a breeze.

Just a 5-minute drive away, you’ll discover one of the area’s newest plazas. Recently developed, it features a Walmart, Dollar Tree, beauty supply store, diverse dining options, and even a community event space.

The airport is less than 10 minutes away.


You may park in the driveway or on the street by the mailbox. All parking is free!
