Guest access
A private access code and check-in instructions will be sent to the registered guests only. The rental listing is for the entire home. No guest access to basement/garage space. The rental host will not be staying in the home during your stay. Our reantal guests receive a Welcome - House Manual booklet via email after completing a new reservation. The manual includes the WIFI/internet password, thermostat control instructions, free things to do in the area, local restaurants and more.

The guest entry-code expires at 11:15 AM on check-out day unless the rental host has approved a late check-out. A late check-out may or may not be available at the time of request due to a new guest arrival. The unapproved late check-out fee is $50.00, per hour after 11AM.
