As you enter the 8 ft double door, you’re greeted with a 22 ft foyer with dropped down crystal chandelier. You will be in awe with a 10 ft ceiling and open floor plan that lets in natural light starting with a 60 in fireplace by the sitting area where you unload. Taking your eyes next to a sophisticated chef kitchen with the grand double island equipped with two sinks; plenty of space for a celebration. This custom kitchen is one of a kind. The accent wood slats on the hood and kitchen island are made of 100% hardwood, individually cut, sanded, and mounted. The black hexagon marble backsplash with gold trims are picture worthy. Cook your favorite meal on our 36 in gas stove.
On the left of the grand kitchen is a grand 75in TV in the family room to entertain guests sitting at any corner of the house. Right of the family room is a double French door leading to the back balcony where you can come out for some fresh air. On the main floor is a guest suite furnished with an ivory queen European bed. Enjoy a movie with a 55 in TV. The room is elevated with four 10 ft curtains and modern pendant lights over each LED lit nightstand on each side of the bed. Enjoy a designer bathroom with white and grey wallpaper accent, floating vanity, and a large standup shower with gold trim sliding glass door and LED light in the niche.
If you’re the winner and get to stay in our amazing master suite, you’re in for a treat. Through a double door, you will be greeted with a king sized Italian velvet bed under a double Trey ceiling and stunning gold chandelier, a 55in TV over a fabulous grey and gold floating console, gorgeous pendant lights over each nightstand on each side of the bed, and a large walk-in closet. Entering the master bath is a 72 in white double vanity and a 72 backlit LED mirror shines onto the gold rose wallpaper. Enjoy a spa like hot shower in a large double shower for two through a glass double French door.
Our third bedroom is furnished with a grey velvet European King bed with sleek and modern linear pendant lights over each nightstand on each side of the bed. Enjoy a movie with a 50 in wall mount TV. Our fourth bedroom is a blue low profile queen bed with two beautiful lamps with black shades over each nightstand on each side of the bed. This room features a console table that can be used as a makeup vanity or desk and a 55 in TV. Our modern full bath upstairs features wood tone floor tile that ties in the blue shower wall tiles seamlessly with the earthy oak accent wall and a 52 in green vanity. The laundry room is also upstairs.
