The Space:

Cozy, fully renovated condo in the heart of Downtown Atlanta.

We brought in a local designer to create a homey vibe with great art! Ideal for business and personal

stays with genuine soft touches of home. Full kitchen, two workspaces, queen bed, blow-up

queen mattress, French press and air fryer, lit vanity and even a yoga mat.



Our space blends trendy design with locally sourced art and thoughtful comforts: plush bedding,

extra pillows, warm lamp lighting throughout, cooking supplies, high powered shower, cozy

seating, blankets, books, games and a yoga mat so you can stretch and recharge. We hope you

feel spoiled for just the night or for a long-term stay.



The living area opens to an enclosed balcony.



At the end of a day of Atlanta activities and events, this condo sleeps 4 guests in a comfortable Queen bedroom with a sofa bed in the living area and an additional Queen Air Mattress bed for extra guests.

An Important Covid-19 Update: Keeping our guests safe is our top priority and we have enhanced our cleaning process to align with the new Covid-19 guidelines to ensure you’ll enjoy a safe stay when you book one of our downtown Atlanta condos. Each rental is deep cleaned, disinfected and sanitized prior to arrival with special attention given to high-touch surfaces.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire condo.



The Neighborhood:

You’re within walking distance to Atlanta’s top attractions including Americas Mart, Peachtree Center, CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, the Georgia Dome, Phillips Arena, Centennial Park, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Fox Theater, Tabernacle and endless restaurants and entertainment venues. You’re less than 15 minutes from the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and a short drive to Atlantic Station, Midtown, Virginia Highlands and Inman Park.



Getting Around:

Peachtree Towers has paid parking options all around the building and even if you don’t have a car, getting around Atlanta is easy! You’re conveniently located near several MARTA stations and the Atlanta Streetcar that connects downtown with the Sweet Auburn neighborhood and King Historic District for easy public transportation. Downtown and Midtown are pedestrian and bike-friendly and it’s easy to explore on foot or rent a bike.



Other Things to Note:

Heat & Air Conditioning: This building is run on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow.



No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue.



Concierge: Peachtree Towers is a residential building, and the residents are quiet, but if a neighbor does make too much noise please contact the concierge staff and they will address the issue. Please try to avoid making noise after 8pm.



Trash chutes are located at the end of each hallway.

Please note: Your reservation is subject to cancellation if you fail to upload a valid photo ID and credit card or complete a rental agreement when requested. Additionally, if your credit card payment is declined or does not process successfully, your reservation will be cancelled. These steps are required to verify your booking and ensure a secure and smooth check-in experience
