The living room includes a large semi-double bed, very comfortable and ideal for an additional guest or child, and it can also accommodate a second small child upon request, along with a cozy sofa seating area.

The full bathroom is stocked with essentials such as fluffy towels, body soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer, and it has a solar water heater for instant hot water.



The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dishes.

A dining table creates a welcoming spot to enjoy your breakfast or evening meal. The comfortable living room features a flat-screen smart TV and Wi-Fi so you can relax after a day of sightseeing.

Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.



Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.



Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.



We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
