We are very sorry about his inconvenience. however we don't publish our hotel as handicap accessible, you probably refer to some other property as we don't provide wheelchair facilities

Thank you for vewiewing our property. Most of our guests are very happy with the app for their access by just following our instructions. The lady was upstairs completing the check-in of some other guests. It that you are confused with another property as we never publish that we have rainfall shower. Itis not fair to didge a property according to your expectactions and not according to the details of its listing.

We are very sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay at our property as you didn't enjoy our decoration. In addition you would like to post a photoof your room that just proves that the room is 100% according to the photis of our listing by Hotels.com. At this listing it is absolutely clearthat the reception isn't operating 24 hours and you also complaint about breakfast, but you didn't pay for any breakfast. It is really a pity that you judge a listing for amenities that are not described at the listing, just because youhave a totally different sense of hospitality!!

We really face a great difficulty to understand what was wrong and you rate us with such a low score!! Because during your stay everything was great , it is just a pity to just create a mystery!!

The only thing that you forgot to add at your review is that you checked in 3 hours in advance and you checked out 2 hours after the latest check-out time even if you were fully informed about the check-out procedure. Certainly you used the elevator in order to bring down your luggage!!!

It is incredible that you blame us that you didn't pay attention at the detailed instructions we had sent to you!!! And you rate us according to your difficulty!!!
