Very nice boutique hotel located close to all the attractions. Rooms are modern and a decent size. Showers are strong and toiletries are high end. Service is efficient and friendly. Big plus is wi fi strength which we found lacking at all our other hotels in Greece.

We stayed in "The Suite." Simply amazing with its 2 balconies. Perfect space for 3 adults. Super, soft towels, best bed after 5 weeks of travelling. Super tasty breakfast. Would always recommend this property.

This was a beautiful little hotel. Very modern and charming. The bed was comfortable, bathroom very nice, air conditioning worked wonderfully. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the location was great, close to some good restaurants and lots of shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Really great central location, but because it's tucked away down a side street you don't feel like you are so central. Terraces also get sun all afternoon.

The property was conveniently located near the main strip of restaurants, shopping and all types of entertainment. Easy access, very clean. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. I would definitely stay again

L'Avventura is the perfect location to explore Athens from. Convenient starting point by foot, taxi or bus. Whatever your comfort level is. There is a wonderful breakfast available upstairs on the 4th floor veranda with a view of Acropolis Hill. The bar opens for a midday break or evening refreshment. There are many dining options available in the neighborhood within walking distance and tourist attractions! Staff was knowledgeable and helpful on many levels, booking transportation, making recommendations and storing our luggage until check in time while we explored the area.

A lovely stay at this hotel. It’s in a great location near Monastiraki and is in walking distance of great neighbourhoods (Psirri, Plaka) and the Acropolis. The staff were lovely, cleaners were excellent, and the room was clean and modern. Having a balcony was an excellent addition, and I loved hearing the hustle and bustle from the restaurant downstairs (highly recommend visiting there too!). I see others complained about the noise, but with the doors closed the outdoor noise was not a problem at all. Finally breakfast was fantastic, but the buffet options were very small (just bread, cakes, cereals), thankfully the breakfast menu with hot a la carts food included was fantastic. We would definitely return.

Very small. Description says it can accommodate three persons but hotel people say two people allowed and charged for third person(even though it is very small). Cleanliness is ok. Facilities are ok.

The bell to get in did was not answered, someone walking by let us in the door at 16:00. The noise by the restaurant was very loud. Be sure to ask for a room away from that side. The staff were super nice. It was clean and Breakfast very good.

The rooms were so beautiful and well-kept! The staff was so friendly and gave excellent suggestions on where to go and what to eat. Additionally, the hotel is really well-placed. It's about a 5 minute walk to the Agora and other historic sights!

we loved our stay here! the entrance to the hotel is in an alleyway where cars can’t get, and you have to walk through people eating food (super normal in greece). but all the restaurant owners around know how to get you to the entrance! everything was clean, the staff were so helpful with food recommendations and booking us taxis. would definitely recommend.

A great few days in Athens with our teenage family, staff in the hotel were friendly and attentitive, rooms clean with good bathrooms and very well located close within a vibrant area busting with bars and restaurants. Ancient Athens sites easily walkable.

Property was down a small alley that was well lit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags without issue as we had an evening flight out of Athens. Room was clean and met all our needs for the 1 night stay.

Good accommodation within walking distance from major attractions, transportation and dining options. Only downside for my family was that the bathroom/shower had no door and toilet door had no lock. The reception staff was very kind and helpful.

East to reach with public transport, very centrally located near a busy area full of lovely restaurants and bars, but at the same time quiet. The rooms are beautiful, clean and very cosy. This is our second time, because we loved it so much.

Clean, organized and friendly. Great staff, good breakfasts; very highly recommended. Easy walking distance to ancient sites and Acropolis. Hotel entrance is down a narrow alley off a shabby side street but don't be put off by the neighbourhood - looks a bit rough but never experienced any concerns over 5 day visit: Psyri and Monastiraki don't have the tourist glitz (tackiness?) of Playa but better for it. There is a cafe in the alley and more in the adjacent streets so there are plenty of people/ tourists about until late. Lots of eateries nearby including good quality vegetarian and vegan.

El hotel es bueno, pero al estar en un area de bares y las paredes no están insonorizadas los ruidos de la calle, hasta las 5 de la mañana mas los huéspedes de otras habitaciones haciendo ruido han hecho de mi estancia una pesadilla. Hablé con la recepcionista y me dijo qie cerrara las cortinas, pero no es cuestión de cortinas, para un hotel de ciudad, las ventanas y paredes deben ser insonorizadas

L'Avventura is a well designed hotel located within an easily walkable area, close to the Monastiraki metro station. The room was really nice, if cozy, and the large modern bathroom was a welcomed change from other properties I'd stayed in in Greece. The staff was incredibly helpful and I was shocked more people weren't taking advantage of happy hour upstairs. The vibe of rooftop bar is fantastic - I always sat at one of the tables with the view of the Acropolis.
