Jeg har sjældent været så uheldig med valg af hotel før. Dette hotel er nedslidt, utrolig dyrt, har dårlig service, elendig mad m.m. Vi fik to sammenhængende værelser med udsigt direkte ind i en bakke med høj lyd fra et stort klimanlæg lige uden for vinduerne til vores værelser. At en kæde som Dolce by Wyndham vil være dette sted bekendt giver ingen mening. Deres steder er normalt af høj kvalitet. Jeg tror faktisk, det hotel er den dårligste kombination af pris i forhold til kvalitet, jeg kan huske at have boet på. Og jeg bor på hoteller mere end 100 dage pr. år.

Det var et dejligt hotel dog flere mangler til den pris!!! rengøring sent om eftermiddagen og de går bare ind. udsolgt af flere ting i bare og cafe, hele tiden, maden var kold, og der blev ikke opsyn på afstand.

The first day we arrived the telephone was not working so we could not use room service. We were going to take a nap and they were bloodstains on the duvet cover. The top lights were not working. We reported these things to the front desk. They had a woman come in and change. The sheets told us there was nothing they could do about the telephone did not offer us another room and then sent us shopping to a store that was further than what we needed. I was totally unsatisfied. I would love to get my money back if I could.

A decent resort in a picturesqe location, Seemed like families and seniors were enjoying the conveniences, and others the pool area with pop music playing throughout the day. The staff were always trying to be helpful and seemed genuinely invested in the experience people were having. On the food side, the breakfast buffet was a good value. The dinner mot so much for a vegetarian. pasta, rice, and salads were the main possibilities, I passed. Drinks were included, which might make it worthwhile for some. The one thing that bothered me during my stay was that the beach area was littered with cigarette butts for thr duration of my stay.

My booking through Expedia was incorrectly booked for the wrong date. Expedia notified me that Dolce needed to approve a refund. I double paid for my stay and have talked to several managers who told me they would approve the refund and confirm but so far nothing.

I really enjoyed the service of the staff. Aggeliki, Katerina, and Andriana were more than willing to accommodate my needs. Throughout my requests, they ensured I was satisfied to the fullest extent. The rooms were clean, and the food was good. There were wait times between 5-10 minutes to access reception due to limited front desk staff, but it was efficient overall. Since we attended during the Greek Easter weekend (May), we got to experience the cultural traditions, fireworks, and Greek meals that most tourists may not experience! The communal pool and pool bar were terrific, too. Overall, the stay at the Dolce by Wyndham was 4.8/5.0.

Only a one night stay. Wanted to be relatively close to airport without staying at airport. We had an early morning flight and drive was about 20 mins, not sure how long if traffic. Nice location on water, but no time to really explore the property. There were some minor maintenance items, but nothing critical.

Dolce Wyndham in Athina was a great place to stay overnight for a flight the next morning. The hotel staff was fantastic...front desk provided an easy check in, room was ready early but was a little smaller and older than normal, the restaurant/bar staff were great, food was great as well wine/beverage recommendations. They were friendly, helpful and fun! They were very knowledgeable of the surrounding area, the history, etc. The property offered a large pool, hot tub, pool bar with music, umbrella beach chairs along the water. Luckily the sunset for the last night in Greece was spectacular! The only negatives: the hotel is older and could definitely use an update, the location seemed farther from the airport and Athens proper than thought it was going to be. One would definitely need a car and/or driver (you could taxi) if you did an extended stay and wanted to explore all that Athens has to offer. Overall was a great overnight experience.

The room was fine. Shower uncomfortable. The water came out while showering due to a bad design. . The room had a spider web on the ceiling which was not noticeable at first sight as it was on the ceiling. Property amenities were great.

There is so much mold all over this property. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are very poorly remodeled. They smelled of paint and chemicals. The pool closed really early and we did not get to use it. It is clear that the management is trying to cover up how old and dirty the facility is. This hotel doesn’t even have a first-aid kit. My friend was injured and all they had to offer was disinfectant and cotton. This stay is absolutely not worth the money.

From check-in, the staff did not help us with baggage, and the process at reception was slow; once we got to the room, it had three single beds when we only requested a double (conjoined singles in the booking). The bathroom was dirty with hair in the tub, and the bath plug was missing; the air conditioner was very noisy, and I heard guests in the foyer complain about this also. The pool is not heated and so cold that no one would swim in it, the bar by the pool is closed and looks under construction, and the bar upstairs was understaffed and had dirty cups all over the countertop. Navigating to the room is complex and there is no staff to help with this. Overall would avoid this hotel, it’s not close to any city nearby and you would be disappointed if staying for a few days compared to central Athens
