Kan anbefales! Aris var en fantastisk vært og vi havde et dejligt ophold. Nye senge med dyner, lækre toiletartikler fra Korres, espressomaskine med tilhørende kaffekapsler og hurtigt WiFi. Gåafstand til Akropolis metro. Nemt at tage metro fra lufthavn dertil (ca. 45 min., 10 € for en enkeltbillet).

Het is een groot appartement met alles erop en eraan. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Badkamer rook een beetje vies toen we aankwamen maar nadat er wat water door het afvoerputje gedaan was was dat over. Badkamer wordt wel erg nat bij het douchen en de fohn zou vervangen moeten worden. Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand en verschillende restaurants in de omgeving.

Great location. Just off the really touristy area, but easily walkable to everything. Loads of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Not far to subway for airport transfers. Area feels safe to walk around. Unit is clean and private. Comfy bed. Only thing to keep in mind is you need to heat the hot water for half an hour before showering and it doesn't last long. Might be an issue with a group. Overall very happy and would stay again.

Excellent property right next to tourist sites
We booked ABA Boutique Apartments for a 5 night trip to Athens and would definitely recommend. The property is lovely inside, with a proper kitchen, 2 bathrooms, large balcony (overlooking a busy main road and tram stop) and very spacious living and dining rooms. It's just over 5 minutes walk to the acropolis museum and not much further to the acropolis itself. Easily within walking distance of all the main tourist sites, as well as plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. The hosts were fast to respond to messages in advance of our visit and the check in was very easy on arrival, with someone meeting us at the apartment.

I took a chance with an apartment instead of a hotel to save money and have more room for my family and I. This location was perfect. Apartment was clean and cleaning was done after a few days stay while we were out, providing fresh towels, toiletries, etc. The apartment manager stayed in touch with me a few days before arrival and was very helpful throughout our stay. It can be nerve racking understanding Greek addresses and the local culture, but George was able to provide support each time we had questions about travel, taking a taxi, proximity to places, etc. Our location was in walking distance to the famous Acropolis area, Plaka, Acropolis Museum and restaurants. The Philopappos Hill was visible from our apartment. Having a working kitchen was a huge plus for the mornings, not having to worry about going out for breakfast. We went to the grocery store our first day and picked up enough food to make breakfast for the week. The supermarket prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend ABA Athens Boutique.

Our stay at ABA was great. Located close to all attractions and dining. The only downside was the traffic noise. The property is located on amain road and there is always traffic rmatter the time of day. Otherwise evetythins was great!

The apartment is delightful. Modern, clean, spacious, well-equipped, secure. 5-10 minutes walk to the Acropolis & its metro station, & many restaurants plus tourist shops. 10-20 minutes walk to tourist sites and Syntagma Square (many major shopping chains, metro hub, Changing-of-the-Guard'...). La struttura si trova vicinissima all'acropoli. Vicino ci sono bancomat, negozi, ristoranti. L'appartamento è molto bello e ben arredato. Anche se si trova al quarto piano c,,'e l'ascensore.... unico neo si sente il rumore del troffico al mattino ma ci tornerei

The apartment was clean and compact but still spacious enough. Best part is the location…easily walkable to almost all Athens key places. Monasteraki and shopping, Acropolis, etc. Also close walking access to metro.

Excellent! I absolutely loved my stay there. The place is clean, modern, spacious, comfortable and has good amenities. The rooms allow good privacy between guests as they don’t share walls. The kitchen is small but well equipped, the location is superb! You can walk to the acropolis and there are streets with restaurants and taxis very close. Good value for your money.

One of the best apartments I've booked ever( clean and fully equiped). You can feel the positive vibes inside it. Near tram, bakeries, and at walkable distance from acropolis and syntagma. Will booked again and again.

The place was very close to acropolis and main tourist streets of Athens! It’s on a busy street but the windows made the apartment very peaceful. Having the two washrooms was very important because they were only half functional each. One of the shower head holders was broken and the other bathrooms sink was too small the water kept splashing on the floor. The hosts were very nice and accommodating to our every need! I would stay here again anytime I’m in Athens!

Modern and very nicely equipped flat, Located in great area, with abundant shops, bakeries, cafes & restaurant. Easy walk to main historic sites and center Athens, Close by metro and bus stations. Lively and authentic neighbourhood. If I visit Athens another time, I'll be definitively choosing the same place.

Unfortunately both our showers did not drain and as a result, caused a flood when we tried to use them. There was also a foul smell in both bathrooms. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable and clothes washing tablet supplied turned all our clothes blue.

Dont judge a book by its cover. Very quaint 2 bedroom apartment well equipped kitchen. 600mt. Walk to The Acropolas Museum just over a Kilometre to The Acropolas. Great food in the area.

I was worried when the cab driver pulled up. The outside does not match the inside. Streets are typical city street level of cleanliness but the apartment was clean, modern and yet cozy. My daughter got a kick out of the motorized blinds (needed to beat the heatwave). We were just a short walk away from the acropolis and other landmarks. Is stay again and recommend to anyone.
