Dear Guest, The convenient rate you booked is ROOM ONLY which means no breakfast included. We also offer rates including breakfast, that you did not consider when booking your room. Also, our international valley view breakfast has a cost of 15 per person (not 20 as mentioned from your review) which is a competitive price compared to other hotels.We do not think your review reflects our services but we thank you for being our guest and we hope to welcome you again soon to change your mind.
