"The property was great in many ways, clean, roomy and good facilities, however it is a way out of town (about a 20 minute walk) which was not a problem for us but could be for others. However there was no balcony to relax on and have a glass of wine in the evening, and staying inside is notthe same"

"Pros: The house was in a great location for a peaceful stay. It is so close to a quiet beach and a few steps from the boardwalk. "Pros: Wir waren jetzt schon zum 3. Mal in derselben Anlage, jedes Mal in einer anderen Wohnung. Wir lieben diese ruhige Anlage direkt an der Concha-Bucht mit ihrer 12 km langen Strandpromenade gelegen. Die Wohnungen und ganz besonders die Außenanlagen sind leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wer da aber drüber wegsehen kann, ist hier bestens aufgehoben, da der Preis auch dementsprechend angemessen ist. Die Wohnung selbst verfügt über eine vollverglaste Terrasse mit gemütlicher Sitzecke...

"The complex, restaurant, pools, beach and more generally the surroundings were very beautiful and good. (Though only one pool was heated and the others were quite cold). Buffet is wide and with some changes every day. But the room felt old and dirty, smelled moldy, furnitures and paint falling apart, windows and doors hardly closed tight. Even the paint ceiling on our terrasse was falling in our plates. There were so many mosquitos and no way to protect us. No mosquitos nets on the windows and they would come in even though we tried to keep the doors closed. Would love to come back to the hotel. But not in that apartment(6B)"
