"This is an OLD apartment that smelled like old mop bucket water (someone left a can of air freshnser). The walls were dirty, the front door had a half inch gap. The floors had gaps in the bathroom (potential tripping hazard. The stairs to the property are clearly out of code in 2025. I nearly fell several times because my foot (12's) were too long for the short clearance. There is parking, but its very tight... so a large vehicle wont fit.The location was great in regards to access to all of...

"The whole room felt comfortable."

"Price was very reasonable and responsiveness of owner excellent. Bed was comfortable and living area met our needs well. A couple of hiccups that would improve the property. Several areas in the ceiling of the bedroom 2nd floor below the open-air deck had hanging paint and plaster dangling from obvious prior ceiling water leaks. The stairs from the main living area to the bedroom have no railing or hand holds creating safety hazard. One evening when gently pulling the curtains closed in...

"The host/hostess bent over backwards to ensure that out stay was perfect, and it was! Quick to respond to all of our questions. Policies and procedures were crystal clear and they gave excellent advice on local restaurants. Property is literally across the street from the American Airlines Center. The views from this unit were mesmerizing. The shower had the best water pressure and shower head, felt like a massage. The bedding felt like a welcoming hug blanketed in luxury. There were board...

"The apartment was very clean and well prepared for our visit. It was very nice to have a place with 2 full baths and 2 separate bedrooms for our stay. However, due to the sheer volume of apartments at this facility it is very difficult to navigate and find your appropriate room. "
