Aquaval Complex

We paid more than 13,000 DKK for a 6-night stay, so we expected a much better level of service. We were told that housekeeping would be provided every other day. However, even that schedule was not followed properly. On July 6th, the floor was not cleaned, and the beds were not made. Today, we were only supposed to receive fresh towels, but no one came at all. After speaking to the reception, they said they would send someone tomorrow because they didn't have anyone available today. While I appreciate the apology, this is not the level of service I expect for the price we paid. The hotel itself is nice, but the poor housekeeping significantly affected our stay.
