"We where pleasantly surprised to realise that it was actually a 1000 year old castle, when we arrived. It was quite impressive and well managed. There was a wedding which added to the charm, without disturbing us. Our junior suite was huge, with royal decor and we felt like being the king and queen of world. The view from the room was amazing. Good food in the restaurant. We would love to come back."

"Our 1-night stay at Castello Macchiaroli was the absolute highlight of our trip! From the moment we arrived in the stunning medieval town of Teggiano, we felt like we had stepped back in time.The castle itself is beautifully preserved, full of rich history, and boasts breathtaking views from the towers. Our suite was incredibly spacious, pristine, and perfectly balanced historic charm like the romantic stone walls and cozy fireplace with all the modern amenities we could ask for."
