"I can't do much in the way of reviewing since I didn't actually stay there. My flight from DFW was cancelled due to weather so I made a reservation at this property because it had airport transfers. However, when I tried to call to ask for a transfer, nobody answered the phone number I was provided. I called at least 3 times and no answer. Because I was concerned about getting a room to stay I made another reservation at a Holiday Inn, and someone was able to come get me. When I asked for...

"El cuarto estaba bastante limpio pero muy descuidado. Para viajar uno solo, es un poco wear. El piso del baño muy quebrado, y pues el señor de la recepción muy poco atento a explicar donde estaba el gym, por atender otros clientes. El gym estaba descuidado, sin toalla."

"Loved the jetted tub! Breakfast was great! Parking was very convenient. Beds were comfy. Very quiet and convenient location. The manager who checked us in was super nice and was always asking how our stay was going. She was always busy cleaning and keeping the breakfast area stocked. Thank you. Would have given 5 stars but our son used the gym and said several of the machines were broke. Also, the carpet needs replaced in 119, there are several holes in it and there was a slight urine? odor."
