"Mr. Dewey is always kind and very helpful. I come to Fort Worth three or four times a year and I always make this my stop before I fly out. Location is great, beds are comfy. Best of all I feel safe when I stay at this hotel."

"We had an unexpected layover due to a canceled flight. Since we did not have our luggage, the staff kindly provided all of the necessary toiletries for us at no additional charge. You were very kind and concerned. The place was beautiful and the rooms were well adorned. We will stay here again someday."

"4/5 stars, only missing a star because there was no fridge in the room which was a bit odd. Other than that, the room was clean and well designed. The staff was great and I like the free parking and good location close to the city and airports."

"I can't do much in the way of reviewing since I didn't actually stay there. My flight from DFW was cancelled due to weather so I made a reservation at this property because it had airport transfers. However, when I tried to call to ask for a transfer, nobody answered the phone number I was provided. I called at least 3 times and no answer. Because I was concerned about getting a room to stay I made another reservation at a Holiday Inn, and someone was able to come get me. When I asked for...

"In a 2 room suite, I found it disappointing that there was only 1 mirror for more than 3 adults to get ready at."

"Elevator wasn't working. Breakfast was terrible. The pool was permanately closed. The tub would flood as soon as you turned on the shower. Overall the experience was awful."

"The rooms are clean but the rest of the hotel is dirty. The elevator is scary gross and makes lots of noise. They forget housekeeping when asked."
