"It was very usefull"

"Beautiful hotel, great staff"

"Hotel Indigo represented a great value for a hotel near DFW. The rooms are spacious with a walk-in shower, easy-to-use TV, safe, refrigerator. The front desk was also friendly and helpful. My only constructive criticism would be regardint the bar-restaurant: the seating, lighting (ambience), menu choices, staff, all need some work!"

"Hotel was nice and clean. The only complaint was the hot water in the shower was not working."

"Pragfuldt ophold. Fik et forkert rum til at starte med, men blev hurtig løst uden problemer!"

"When I made the reservation, the hotel advertised a hot breakfast. Nowhere was it mentioned that the hotel was undergoing renovations or that breakfast would not be available as advertised. Instead, guests are only given a bag containing water, an apple, and a bagel, which is simply not sufficient. I specifically chose this hotel because of the hot breakfast included with the stay. Had I been informed beforehand that breakfast would not be available as promised, I would have booked a different...

"Overall, it was plain however our bed had no cover just a duvet on top. They were out of supplies in every space you encountered some management is not doing a good job. There is no hand sanitizer in any dispenser no soap in bathroom on main floor. and trash wasn’t picked up during our 4 day stay. We hardly saw any staff person/ they seemed to be short staffed. I love the location so I would consider staying again. I would just bring some supplies"

"The elevator repairs were not completed during my 10-day stay, forcing me to use the stairs to reach the third floor. As a person with a physical disability, this was extremely difficult—especially when carrying my suitcase up and down the stairs during check-in and check-out. Furthermore, the doorstop for the stairwell door was positioned in a way that obstructed the door, preventing it from opening fully—an issue that remained unaddressed. The display on the room clock was also broken. The...

"Final Rating: 3.9/5 Overall, my stay was comfortable, with a few areas that could be improved. The clean rooms and good breakfast were definite positives. With improvements in customer service, parking availability, and transparency about fees, the overall guest experience would be much better. Room: The room was very clean, and the overall setup was excellent. Everything was well organized and maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast: The breakfast was quite good. While the...

"First of all the room smelled. There were several patches around the room. We were given a room with a door that led to the room next to us without being asked if we were ok with that. Finally the mattress sank in when we lied on it. Not firm at all. The photos online looked like the room was very nice and updated but unfortunately it was not. I will not book there again."
