Everything was pretty good here minus the communication with staff, which was lacking and severely unhelpful.

Appartamento decente, area molto rumorosa
L'appartamento è anche buono, buone condizioni e pulizia, ben equipaggiato. Hanno appartamenti e stanze in tre edifici; in quello dove eravamo noi, di fianco ci sono purtroppo 2 locali con musica ad alto volume dalle 22 alle 04 del mattino. Veramente molto fastidioso.

Room was clean & nice. Reception staff very very helpful about anything at any time. It can be a bit noisy at night, and the shower hot water flow is a little weak for us.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Gastfreundliche Unterkunft sehr sauber tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer und Handtücher wechseln. Egal was für ein Anliegen man hatte Es wurde sofort reagiert und geholfen. Das Frühstück und Personal vom Restaurant ist einzigartig vielen Dank für den netten Service.

One night stay
Massive storm as soon as we left the airport. Torrential rain made driving stressful and the road to the hotel had a closed barrier with cars being turned away. We drove round 3 times until eventually asking a taxi driver who was parked by the barrier. His "friend" was operating the barrier and let us through when we told him where we where going. A sign would be useful. The guy on checkin was really friendly and helpful and carried our cases to the apartment which is located away from checkin. When we returned after eating the apartment door wouldnt lock from the inside. Reception guy tried but couldnt fix it. As all apartments where booked he offered us a room back at the hotel. We decided to leave our luggage in the appartment as we just needed to dry out and sleep. We thought the hotel room was nicer than the apartment. All staff where really helpful. It wasnt the best experience but we accept the really bad weather didnt help which maybe sways the lack of a happy face i would think in the summer it would be a great place to stay.

Location was perfect, right in old town but also right near the main street outside of old town. Very clean inside, nice facilities.

Es un apartamento muy agradable en cuanto a decoración y servicios, pero al no estar insonorizado y tener delante una discoteca que pone la música muy fuerte hasta las 3 de la mañana, es difícil dormir hasta esa hora. Por lo demás, un sitio muy cuidado con terraza y jardin.

The reception worker was extremely rude and refused entry as I had children although I booked the room which sleeps 3 and they have a 1 child free policy. They kept the non refundable payment for the full 5 nights. An expedia customer service operator tried to call but they also stated that the perseonnel were rude. They also lied and said they offered me to stay with a small charge. There are plenty of nice hotels around the old town so I would advise to stay away from this hotel.

As Delight Deluxe Spa Hotel family, we highly appreciate the time you took and share your feedback as is instrumental in helping us improve our service and identify those areas where we can improve. We were disturbed to learn of your dissatisfaction with your stay. When we checked our records it seemed that your reservation was made for two people and as you mentioned we have 1 child free policy however you showed up four people. You have been told the procedure for an extra people as we do explain to all the guests if their reservation details are not match with ours. Even we wanted to find a solution to sort the issue up, you did not give us a change and left the Hotel without even seeing the room. You have also told us that you would get the refund from the agency anyway. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to make this up to you.

Excellent location. Close to local ameneties. I booked a delex apartment. It was very good for the price. Modern, clean apartment. The breakfast was ok. Would have been good to have peeled and cut fruits like melon, Staff were friendly. Would definitely stay there again because of convenience of location and cost of stay.

Из плюсов- хороший душ, сантехника, расположение, кровать, терраса.Из минусов- долгое заселение,очень тесная планировка в номерах,у меня возникало чувство клаустрофобии,маленькие окна,подвальный спертый воздух,невозможность проветрить из за маленького окна с видом на кафе.Наш номер был эконом и это полуподвальный этаж, о чем не предупреждают, я осмотрела номер на 2 этаже,в нем больше света, но отличия минимальные.Завтрак я взяла, прочитав отзывы, но он очень скудный,обычный, как везде,вокруг масса ресторанов, где можно поесть.Не берите эконом!!!

A lot of positives but a few negatives
There were a lot of good things about this place but also a few negatives. The positives: The apartment had a cook top with pots, pans, plates, cups, and cutlery. This is a rarity in Antalya’s old town. The apartment was quite big with a lot of space and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent and very close to everything. Finally, the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to help me with some things. On the negative side, the bathroom had a lot of mold, and of course smelled very moldy. I also did not feel 100% comfortable at night because the curtains (in both rooms) covered about half of the windows. The apartment is also near a club that plays music all night so light sleepers should think about going elsewhere.

1. 도착 3일전 얼리체크인 특별요청을 보냈습니다. 되든안되든 회신이오니깐요 답없었습니다. 해주면 고마운거 안해주면 어쩔수없는거니깐 신경안썼어요 도착직전까지 메일 체크했는대 회신이 안왔길래 지이라도 맡기려고 얼리체크인되냐 메일을 보냈었다 하니 못봤답니다 그러곤 똥씹은표정으로 얼리체크인해줌ㅋ 2. 체크인하고 방에갔는대 반지하방 커텐으로 가려도 밖에서 보려고하면 다보이는 3. 천장쯤 붙어있는 창문에 고양이한마리가 후다닥 나가는거 웅?? 했더니 침대고뭐고 고양이발자국ㅋㅋㅋ동생이 고양이알레르기있어서 안된다했는대 털면된다 이방말건없다 방겨체안된다 ㅡㅡ 진짜 피곤하고 싸우기 싫어서 그냥잤는대 하루정도는 고양이털때문에 힘들었습니다.. 거진다른숙소몇배주소잤는대 절대 가지마셔요!! 4. 안탈리아 너무좋디만 여긴비추비추

Basement Rooms are truly budget
Do not stay at basement rooms. We had 2 rooms both are at the basement. Airconds are so filthy it seems that it has never been cleaned. We removed the filter, there is a thick layer of dust. Bed is not comfortable, pillows are super thin. Both basement rooms do not sleep 3. My son was only 126cm at time of travel but cannot fit on the sofa. You have to request for an extra bed to be squeezed in. However, breakfast is good by Turkish breakfast standard.

This place had incredibly helpful, amazing and friendly staff. The rooms were very comfortable and stylish. They served a delicious and varied selection at breakfast every morning, we were there for 4 days. The hotel is in a great area, walking distance to most everywhere.

It was a nice little apartment. Good for a comfortable stay. The staff is nice and the location is great. It's in old town by Hadrian's gate. It included the free breakfast buffet and a choice of fried egg or omelette.

Apartments' location is good - inside Kaleici, close to Adrian gate. But to check-in and check-out you need to visit reception that is situated in hotel other building about 500 meters away. Room was large, with small kitchen and view to the garden, it was quite (that is not common for accommodation in the Old town). Breakfast was great, in next door restaurant. The minus of our room was abstence of door to the bathroom (only curtain).

Our room should never had a double bed in it , it was so small one side of the bed was pushed to the wall and the other side had about 30cm clear of the wall you can just walk sideways to get to bed. That should be single bedroom

Apart olarak tercih ettiğim için hizmet ile ilgili beklentim yoktu temizlik görevlisi iyi niyetli fakat titiz değildiler yüzeysel temizlik olması kötüydü ve apartta ilk gün tadilat olması tamamen fiyaskoydu apart hizmet verirken tadilat olması rahatsızlık verici herşeye rağmen lokasyon olarak ve Apartın genel durumu iyiydi.
