"This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. Kudos to the management for hiring such awesome people.
The next door pub waggon team is also an asset, good food at reasonable prices.

"Ich habe die Nacht in diesem Hotel sehr gut geschlafen. Das Bett war super bequem - nicht zu hart, nicht zu weich - und die Bettdecke ebenso klasse. Das Hotel wird nach und nach die Zimmer renovieren... meines kommt wohl auch bald dran. Gut - es war noch veraltet, aber auf jeden Fall wirklich sauber. Hier hätte ich es auch noch ein paar Nächte aushalten können."

A lovely hotel, what was so good was how welcoming and helpful all the staff were during our stay.
The room was spacious with a sitting area and a large TV. The bed was very comfy.
We had a breakfast both days, excellent choice of food and helpful staff. There is nothing negative I can say about this hotel."

We Liked how they are promoting local small businesses with the mugs in room and other items for sale in the lobby area. Staff are friendly and professional. "Recently stayed at The Osborne Hotel and found everything excellent. The rooms were clean and well equipped, the breakfast choices were suitable for everyone and very well cooked.

"Property was within walking distance to Newcastle City Centre, parking was easy and bed was comfortable.
Only downside was that our toilet didnt flush properly which we reported when we left.
Would stay here again.

"Værelset var meget småt og meget koldt da vi kom, de var ikke ret servicemindede på at løse problemet, førend vi bad om et andet værelse.
Så fandt de en el radiator, det løste problemet.
Den daglige rengøring består i af dynen bliver glattet og håndklæder lagt sammen.
Alt service bliver stående brugt.
Det ligger super godt, og kort gåtur ind til centrum."
