The furniture in the room was disgusting and extremely worn out. Couch cushions were torn and stained. Desk chair was stained. Bathroom was mostly clean as was the bed which was most important I guess.

Very nice motel. Room had everything you need in a kitchen! Even a dishwasher. Nice work area with moveable desk that could be also used as a dining table. Very nice full continental breakfast with many healthy options. Good midtown location with friendly staff! Definitely will stay here again.

Staff was at minimum pleasant, helpful, courteous and at best friendly, attentive, with initiative. Room was clean, comfortable and functional . Pool was nice. - 2 things that didn’t bother us much but you ought to know: dishwasher in 205 is not doing well, no whirlpool function for the hot tub.

Nice hotel. Staff was great! Couple things could have been better. Anchorage got a lot of snow this winter 125” the parking lot was awful. I had to put my six in 4wd to climb the compressed ice mounds just to park. Then my truck was at a 15* tilt when I got out onto…ice….. the breakfast was not very good. Kinda premade microwave sandwiches and bowls. No meat. No eggs. Lastly the comforter on the bed was a mattress pad not a comforter. The staff was very good. They welcomed my 2 small dogs there were even dog bowls in the room. Location was perfect for the conference my wife went to. I might stay again once they clean up the disaster that was the parking lot.

This is a good place to stay at a good price. Our room did not have a bath tub and the couch cushions were ripped. However we did enjoy having a kitchenette readily available.

We reserved a king suite and paid for it when we made our reservations, but when we checked into the hotel, we were told they gave it away and just because we reserve and pay for one does not mean we will get it when we arrive. We have never been told that before and it was disappointing for sure.

I was so clean, even the pool area. The people were amazing and the breakfast was great! I will be using this hotel every time we make a trip to Anchorage!

The parking lot seemed to have had zero snow removal all year and it had melted and refrozen so much it was just huge sheets of ice with ruts. Other than that everything was nice

The property and staff were all fine, there was a lot of snow, so parking was an issue. It was full and snow piles everywhere. Someone burnt popcorn or something in the microwave in our room before us and it still smelled. There were 6 rude kids in the pool with no adult supervision that had no regard for others. Who checks on this? Overall the hotel is convenient, has a good breakfast and everything you need.

The parking lot was full pf ice and snow, scary to walk in the parkong srea. The breakfast was confusing. It wasnt that good either. The forst lady that checked me in was super nice but the lady that checked me out was rude. The guy at the breakfast bar just stood there and watched like we were thieves taking the food

My family stays in this hotel often. However the pool has restrictions because so many have invited people who are not staying at the hotel to use it..making it hard for those who have paid to stay here have to wait to use the pool and wear wrist bands. I understand the hotel trying to find a balance because of those who abuse using the pool. But it is a bummer and i do think they should come up with a better alternative then kicking those who arent abusing the use of the pool out. Overall, my family loves this hotel. The breakfast is also great.

I did like the room we stayed in and the staff were very pleasant. The BIG problem, and the reason we will NEVER stay there again was because my car was ransacked and the ashes of my mom in a locket, as well as two crystals that belonged to her and were attached, were ripped from my rear view mirror. They were of no value to anyone other than me. Though the facility has signage that says something along the lines of "park at your own risk"I also found out that the facility, due to lack of funds in their budget, do not have any security walking, or checking, the perimeter of the parking lot. Additionally, cars being broken into are a common occurrence, which Hilton is aware of. I would NOT recommend staying there.
