Stort og flot hotel. Morgenmaden er ok, men så heller ikke mere. Måske fordi vi i Danmark er forvænt med brød af høj kvalitet, det har de ikke i Holland.

Dejligt hotel, skøn bar på 17.etage med god musik og nem adgang til byen med sporvogn nr. 13 lige udenfor døren. Rigtig god oplevelse.

badeværelset var beskidt, kopperne var snavsede, og de nægtede at morgenmaden var betalt for, til trods for at der var dokumentation for det modsatte ! Helt utrolig dårligt for et fire stjernet (eller hvilket som helst) hotel.

Terrible experience
Went to bed around midnight, very tired. - Twice during the night, the tv turned on by itself. - Around 4:30 am I recieved a telephone wakeup call I did not order. - Around 6 am I woke up with someone in the room. I know the door was locked. After that I had a really hard time falling asleep, thinking Am I safe here. - Around 7 the cleaning staff knocked on the door, apologising for the disturbance at 6. - On top of that the bed was way too soft. I had to remove the top mattress. Due to fatigue I had to severely reduce my plans the next day. I'm never coming back. Room 815 from October 25th to October 26th.

Godt hotel med fantastisk udsigt
Der var ikke helt overensstemmelse mellem det bookede hos Hotels.com og hotellets liste - men problemerne blev løst til vores tilfredshed. Fantastisk morgenmadsrestaurant på 17. etage, med udsigt over Amsterdam. Meget få restauranter i kvarteret lige omkring hotellet.

Rigtig fint hotel og dejlig morgenbuffet fra 17 etage med god udsigt. Ingen mulighed for at stille på aircondition og derfor koldt i værelset. God parkeringskælder.

The property and area itself are amazing. The restaurant and rooftop incredible. The main desk is terrible - worst I have ever experienced. There is no option to leave credit card on file for incidentals, cleaning and additional services are requested via QR Code and are answered intermittently. Check in was slow and annoying. I was doubled charged for the room city tax which they are refusing to refund. The explanation from tbe front desk is I must have 2 rooms. Room card was deactivated because they said i owed money, they did not refund my deposit for the bike rental. Computers kept crashing, every interaction was terrible and slow. Feel bad for the staff - the systems they are being asked to use are aweful and designed to fail. One of the best areas and properties in Amsterdam - but the absolute worst guest experience. I cant imagine returning.

The tram to central station was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Easy check in/out, the breakfast was great. Nice size room for the price.

From the moment of check in to leaving there was nothing we could fault. The underground car parking was a real bonus, safe, secure and bright and clean. There was the added bonus of a tram line within 100m of the hotel which took us straight to the centre. Breakfast was excellent plus espresso martinis later. Would recommend the hotel.

The hotel by itself was OK, but the shuttle bus service was awful. The driver would not even wait 1 minute.

Our room was not cleaned, even when we asked multiple times for it. our safe did not work, someone had to config it. the telephone was not configured and not pluged in, also no numbers where saved (e.g. for reception). overall a disappointment as a family.

Great hotel, but the staff were keen to get us to check out at 10am despite check out being 12, knocking on the door asking us to leave. Housekeeping only came once, on our first morning there. Reception were lovely, and that’s the reason I ranked the staff as high as I have.

I chose this hotel because it was close to my friend’s house, it is not in the center. Beginning with a really friendly check in, my stay was excellent. This is not a five star hotel, nor should you expect one for the price, but the value per dollar ratio is super high. Well maintained, super clean and helpful staff. The sauna is huge and was a nice addition considering it was snowing. I was the only one in it, so a large private sauna is also a plus. Lastly, a lot of airplane pilots use the place, which is a testimony to its value.
