"A small group of friends and I stayed here for a short weekend trip and loved our stay here. The house was very clean and was perfect for what we had been looking for. Collin was very welcoming when we had arrived and made sure we settled in comfortably. We would definitely book here again :)"

"Clean and neat apartment in the middle of town. Easy walking wherever you want to go."

"This location is absolutely perfect if you are looking to be down town. We were able to walk everywhere, shopping and restaurants. I accidentally locked myself out of my room at night and the host responded right away to help me get in using the key pad. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again."

"Very unique place right in the heart with f Newburyport!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Highly recommend it and it’s in a wonderful location."

"The Condo was very clean & was stocked with everything we needed. The main beach was within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again."

"Great spot to stay in Newburyport. Walkable to all downtown restaurants and the Clipper rail trail. Quiet room itself, kinda like an “efficiency” apartment. Everything was clean and up to date. The pictures are accurate. Parking is limited and tight - I was lucky to park each night, but it’s close to overnight parking should you need it."

"Great location, right across the street from the beach. Room was exactly as described, very clean and had all the essentials."

"Location was quiet for the time we were in the property. Close to boardwalk and beach"

"Nice place in a great location"

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit called, "Turtle Cove" which was great. The unit was very clean and modern. The location really can't be beat; an easy walk over the bridge to Hampton Beach NH. Our family only wants to rent for long weekends and that is impossible to find in Seabrook Beach, NH. We had a truly wonderful long weekend beach get-away and will be back again soon."

"My suggestion is leave bottle water in the room. A bottle for each person. The cost warrants complimentary water. The rooms requires sound proofing. Very noisy and NOT due to noisy guests."

"Great location for walking to food, shopping and the beautiful waterfront. Room as described. We had a nice weekend visit."

"I never even stayed after fighting my way up a tiny stairwell and then getting into to my room to hear some yelping dogs (atleast 2 if not 3) I wasn’t going to deal with it so in your listing I’d start stating your parking is no better then a smart car maybe and that you’ve got dogs living in the rental which are very very annoying. After stating I wasn’t going to stay there they said ok we understand with 0 offering to refund money or anything. I’d highly suggest finding a new place unless you...

"We really liked the room and location. It was clean and felt safe. The individual managing the property responded to our needs and questions in a timely and respectful manner. However we did not like dealing with Vrbo and the fee for having to rebook. We are seniors who sometimes have to change plans due to medical issues. Vrbo makes this difficult with the high fee. It was our first time dealing with Vrbo and we will not use this booking service again. Hopefully there is another way to book...

"Great place, just as advertised. Host gave us tips and tricks for the neighborhood "

"Difficult getting access. The email they sent went to junk so it took ages to find how to get into the property. The room was much smaller than it looked on the photos. Not much noise insulation in the property so you could hear other residents. Parking we got lucky but it could’ve been difficult. Great location but property very disappointing"
