The cottage itself is lovely: beautifully decorated, comfortable King sized-bed, and all other necessities, especially AC as it was in the 90's during our stay! "my family had an event in Shingle Springs and we ended up staying at this wonderful place. I don't usually write reviews but wanted to let other people know of this gem. Sarah was very accommodating to any requests we had. It was very clean, cute with books for all ages and DVD videos. There is a regular size fridge (love it) and anything you need to be able to cook meals there. The yard is safely fenced in and we had our puppy and that worked out great. "The pictures do not do justice to this property! The home was clean, comfortable and spacious. The property was wonderfully suited for letting our dog chase the ball in the fenced yard and we got to visit the resident bunnies, turkeys, and kitten. The owner was quick to respond to messages and left us a lovely basket of fruit and eggs. "
