"Should be banned from hotels.com We have never stayed in such an unsympathetic place before, we should have followed our first impulse and found another place, but that's how it is once in a while when you give people a chance. On arrival, we ask to be let into Reception for check-in, but are turned away by a person standing behind a thick glass window who thinks that the place is as safe as the hotel on the other side of the street, which did not have this security measure. "Great place and wonderful staff. Lots of good places to eat and close to discovery park. They provide earplugs to block out the seals barking. But they are beautiful to see. I loved the view and will definitely be back. Shower was great."
