"Card readers for the room didn’t work for the first day and a half of our stay so we continuously had to go to the front office to get someone to open our room for us. Every time house keeping came to clean our room they would leave the dirty towels and not supply us with fresh, clean towels so we would have to ask them. You get one free meal ticket for each member for one day of your stay, not a free breakfast included for the entirety of your stay, which was one of the reasons I chose this...

"4/5 stars. the floor was grungy, and had a lot of moths, mosquitos in the room. The desk staff were helpful though, also there is no working hot tub at the property I stayed at. I gave the 4 stars mostly because my room was very quiet , no residual noise from other rooms."

"I love staying in Victorian hotels. The rooms are nice and cozy, and everything we hoped for. I was worried about parking, but I found a spot in front with no time limit, which was perfect. My only complaint is that the television screen was too dark, and I couldn't find where to adjust the settings. It wasn't a big deal, so I'm not going to deduct stars. Everything that we wanted to do was within walking distance."
