"Pros, Nice location off main road. Close to beach. Everything you needed for stay. Beach chairs, towels, beach toys, water hose at condo to rinse off sand. Etc.Cons, too many stairs especially if you have senior adults and small children. Top level, hard to cool temperature. Very small pool. Overall, a good place to rent, but for our needs, with small children and senior adults, we will need a different place next time we visit Island. "

"We stayed at Ebb Tide Cottage for the month of February to escape the winter. The house is absolutely lovely and so well-equipped. The kitchen lacks nothing! The bedrooms and living areas are very comfortable and the decor is so beachy and inviting. The home is a reverse layout so the kitchen and main living areas are on the second floor. You can watch outstanding sunrises from the living room or the amazing full-length deck right outside. A quick walk over the home’s boardwalk bridge takes you...

"This was an *amazing* rental! Perfect location. House had everything we needed and was clean and very welcoming. The hosts were very responsive to everything. One thing I want to especially mention is that they were absolutely great about returning things we had left behind - and doesn't everyone forget something? They confirmed our items and shipped them back to us very quickly. We will definitely stay at this property again or if not this one definitely one managed by the same company."

The location is great -- across the street from the beach and an easy walk to a convenience store as well as two very good restaurants (and outdoor Thai food truck and Surf restaurant/bar).
