"This is an older motel with no modern conveniences but it was cleaned each day with fresh towels and the bed was made daily even though we spent six nights there. We will definitely return in the future on our next visit to our son.

We have never stayed in such an unsympathetic place before, we should have followed our first impulse and found another place, but that's how it is once in a while when you give people a chance.
On arrival, we ask to be let into Reception for check-in, but are turned away by a person standing behind a thick glass window who thinks that the place is as safe as the hotel on the other side of the street, which did not have this security measure.

"Check in went smooth, and the rooms were already done upon arrival since we came from Hayward, so wasnt to sure if the rooms were ready for us.
Nice breakfast here as well, cofffee, tea, and water station all day long at the lobby which is good service for the guest !
To bad they charge for the parking here $11 pr. Day shld be complimentary however, but thats my opinion where many hotels nearby offers free parking.

"I was there for the WSB Convention at Golden 1 and I Loved my stay. The staff was absolutely the most welcoming and helpful group of people from check in to check-out and beyond. The location was literally steps from where I needed to be during the event. I I loved receiving text msgs informing me of the hotel’s activities and events. The only and I do mean only thing I wish was better was the bed mattress. It was way too firm and I like a firm mattress, but this one was very uncomfortable....

"I really enjoyed my stay at AC Hotel. The hotel itself was clean and nice. The room I had, had a separate bathroom which was different from other reviews I’ve seen. I appreciated the fact that their ice machine also dispensed water. This made staying hydrated very easy and I didn’t have to worry about finding a place to buy a case of water. The food options were limited but I ordered food for delivery so that was convenient! It was also a walk away from my work venue so that was a plus! 10/10...

"The property was very clean and the area wasn’t bad were didn’t feel unsafe walking around with our children…. The food in the restaurant was very good, staff was very polite
The hotel went the extra mile and honored my request of early check-in because we were exhausted with the kids and I later asked for a different room because the one we got was accessible room. The switched us with no complaints.
I will definitely stay there again… paid parking garage was convenient next to the hotel....
