"Check in went smooth, and the rooms were already done upon arrival since we came from Hayward, so wasnt to sure if the rooms were ready for us. Nice breakfast here as well, cofffee, tea, and water station all day long at the lobby which is good service for the guest ! To bad they charge for the parking here $11 pr. Day shld be complimentary however, but thats my opinion where many hotels nearby offers free parking. "

"We loved the location. It was right next to the Golden 1 Center where we were attending a concert. The Arena is part of a beautiful outdoor Mall that is only steps away from the hotel with many shops and yummy restaurants. The king sized bed was comfortable and the staff was super friendly. We would definitely recommend. "
