"Never stood at this type of property. Although our stay was not for pleasure or vacation it was a great stay. I did not know that they provided so many amenities which is great to know for the future. We were also able to bring our puppy with a small fee. "Should be banned from hotels.com We have never stayed in such an unsympathetic place before, we should have followed our first impulse and found another place, but that's how it is once in a while when you give people a chance. On arrival, we ask to be let into Reception for check-in, but are turned away by a person standing behind a thick glass window who thinks that the place is as safe as the hotel on the other side of the street, which did not have this security measure. "Check in went smooth, and the rooms were already done upon arrival since we came from Hayward, so wasnt to sure if the rooms were ready for us. Nice breakfast here as well, cofffee, tea, and water station all day long at the lobby which is good service for the guest ! To bad they charge for the parking here $11 pr. Day shld be complimentary however, but thats my opinion where many hotels nearby offers free parking. "
