This ground floor house was designed to provide comfort and entertainment. With 4 bedrooms – 3 twin (two en-suite with shower) and 1 double en-suite – it offers a spacious and pleasant environment. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower.



The open-plan kitchen perfectly integrates with the living and dining areas, fully equipped. Comfortable sofas, TV, and a dining table make this space ideal for relaxing or sharing meals with family.



Outside, a magnificent heatable pool (optional extra) invites refreshing dips, surrounded by sun loungers to enjoy the Algarve sun. A brick barbecue and an outdoor dining table guarantee memorable moments.



For more fun, there is a snooker table. With two private parking spaces, convenience is assured.

It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation handling, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 8 people.

The 9th person will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies / toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
